Therefore, "accumulated working hours" is very important for employees’ paid annual leave rights.
The number of accumulated working hours is directly related to the number of vacation days and the salary and reward of employees who have not taken vacations. Employees bear the burden of proof for the accumulated working hours they advocate, otherwise they will bear adverse consequences. These evidences generally include labor contracts, archival records, social security payment records, resignation certificates, salary payment records, personal income tax payment records, etc.
In addition, in this kind of dispute, some evidence is provided by the employer. If the employer cannot provide it, the laborer may win the case. These evidences include: the situation that the employer has arranged for the employee to take annual leave, and the fact that the employer has not arranged for the employee to take annual leave, but has obtained the written consent of the employee (in this case, the employer only pays the employee’s normal salary and does not need to pay three times the annual leave salary). If it refuses to provide, the employer shall bear the adverse consequences. If it is difficult for employees to submit proof materials, they may also apply to the people’s court for collection, and clear evidence clues should also be provided when applying.

Both of them died of ovarian cancer, which hit young Edwards hard. The young man once said, "Only two people can get all my trust, but it’s over. Now no one can get my trust." This is the reason for his dull personality, and the death of two of his most important relatives has left Edwards with defects in his personality. Edwards’ brother Buba once recalled: "In our whole life, our mothers and grandmothers supported us the most and loved us the most. They died in the same year, which is a huge blow to us. This will make your heart cold and you will never get the support and love you once received. " Edwards also recalled the past in an interview. Many years ago, he wrote two goals on the bedroom wall: "the future McDonald’s all-American team member" and "the future NBA player". When seeing Edwards make a mess of the clean wall, grandma was not angry, but said to him very proudly, "Son, you have set goals for yourself, and I hope you can achieve them."
Edwards said that he loves basketball, but he admitted that he hasn’t really devoted himself to it. There are many contradictions in Edwards’ statement. For example, he said that basketball ranks first in his heart now. He loves basketball and basketball is his life. But he also said, "This is because basketball can help me accomplish many things that I need to accomplish. This is a job, and I need to use this job to support my family and make my family happy." This may be the maturity brought by the unique growth experience to the young man. What is more important than interest and love is pragmatism.
But in any case, starting from the 2020-21 season, there will be a newcomer with unlimited potential in the NBA. Perhaps, this newcomer will become a superstar in the future.
