Mianyang strengthens cooperation with ten major military industrial groups

Increase support for grassroots entrepreneurship

Last year, Chengdemian’s GDP together accounted for half of the province’s total, and the resource endowments of the three cities were different. Therefore, the provincial party committee proposed that the three places should cooperate in innovation. From Chengdu, we hope to promote collaborative innovation with Deyang and Mianyang through the following three measures.
First, strengthen planning to achieve dislocated development. Chengdemian’s coordinated development is not homogeneous development. Secretary Pu Bo and Mayor Liu Chao just introduced the characteristics of our resource endowment, which also reflects the requirements of dislocated development. Chengdu’s main positioning is to build a regional innovation and entrepreneurship center with international influence.
Second, strengthen platform construction. In accordance with the requirements of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, Chengdu plays a leading role in radiation. We must do these work well, especially in innovation-driven development, and promote the coordinated development of Chengdemian.
Third, the coordinated development of Chengde Mian requires resource sharing and policy sharing, including infrastructure interconnection, as well as platform co-construction and resource sharing. For example, we have signed a strategic agreement with Deyang on the integration of Chengde into cities.
Collaboration between regions is a major issue that requires the three cities of Chengdemian to jointly create the future under the unified planning of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government.

From the perspective of Deyang, it is hoped that the three places in Chengdemian will focus on the following three aspects to build a collaborative innovation system. First, cooperate to establish a collaborative innovation policy system in Demian: promote the "6 + 4" policy of Chengdu National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone, the Zhongguancun policy enjoyed by Mianyang Science and Technology City, the series of policies enjoyed by Tianfu New District, and the policies of Deyang Equipment Technology Manufacturing R & D and Vocational Education Comprehensive Reform Pilot Zone.
