A few days ago, BYD officially released a new official map of BYD Han EV models.The new car is in the form of a four-door coupe. It is equipped with BYD’s self-developed "blade battery" for the first time, and the acceleration of 100 kilometers takes only 3.9 seconds.
Different from the Han DM model, the Han EV adopts a brand-new design language, and the slender and narrow silver trim strips run across the front of the car, echoing the flat headlights. "Han" logo adopts a new technology, which has a visual effect similar to seal cutting.
In the new official map, it can be seen that Han EV adopts a hidden door handle design and a unique low wind resistance wheel hub;At the same time, the shape of the slip back further highlights the sense of movement, and the length of the car is close to 5 meters, which looks very slender.
In the power part, Han EV will launch two versions of single motor and double motor, and the double motor version is all-wheel drive. The former has a maximum power of 222 HP and a peak torque of 330 Nm.The latter has a comprehensive maximum power of 494 HP, and the acceleration time of 0-100km/h is only 3.9s s.
It is worth mentioning that Han EV will be equipped with a new generation of "blade battery" developed by BYD, which is 50% higher than the traditional iron battery in volume specific energy density, and has the characteristics of high safety and long life. At the same time, it can effectively solve the limitations of short service life and expensive replacement cost of the power battery of the electric vehicle.

It is reported that the new car is expected to be officially listed in the third quarter of 2020.
